What is Emo?

My opinion is that emo is only a label. I am labeled by society as emo but i don't think im emo. i am just me and thats all i will ever be. to the people who change trying to be "emo" i feel bad for you.

In my opinion... emo is just another teen sterotype. Emo is short for emotional.. so theres your answer.. most people say that emos cut themselves.. not all of them do, btw. me and my friends are labeled emo because we were all wearing black on mufti..(we're not emo) but personally i dont think thats what makes a person emo. another thing people attend to confuze emo.. and depression, It is NOT THE SAME! but yeah.. emo is overrated these days... the deffinition of emo.. keeps changing.. Its all a load of crap. LOL I hope i didnt offend anybody reading this.. just how i feel, kays :)
